Canterwood Fit Tip of the Week: The Warm-Up
The purpose of a warm up is to raise your body's core
temperature, take joints through a full range of motion, and activate the
muscles you intend to train and use. In many ways the warm-up is just as
important as the workout. A proper warm-up is going to allow you to exercise
with a higher intensity to help make faster gains and also help prepare you
physically and mentally for the workout to come.
